This is an international multicentre Quality Improvement (QI) project, initially involving retrospective data collection from patients who have undergone surgical aortic valve replacement using the Edwards Intuity valve system. The project aims to evaluate real-world clinical and haemodynamic outcomes, including valve durability, haemodynamic performance (particularly in small-sized valves), patient–prosthesis mismatch (PPM), paravalvular leak (PVL), structural valve deterioration (SVD), reintervention, and mortality. Planned subgroup analyses include minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS) and younger patient populations.
